2024 Season and outlook for 2025

It was a season of contrasts in Western Australia depending on where in the wheatbelt you were. Here on the south coast it was relatively dry for the first half of the season, whereas in the northern area it was extremely wet with the call for aerial application services as high as it had ever been. Consequently and fortunately we were invited to help out Waringa Aviation in Yuna on mainly fertiliser application before moving on to spraying ops. We ultimately ended up sending three aircraft to assist the Warr’s with their operation. Fortunately we had enough work to keep our new Airtractor 802A going on fertiliser operations in home territory using the new technology Transland 7.5″ electric gate that worked flawlessly despite some minor issues with the Falcon Pro GPS that got sorted over a period of time. Aircraft and pilots shifted back and forth from one end of the wheatbelt to the other for a while before all coming back to Esperance as the season improved.

2025 has started off well with good early rains providing an unusual opportunity to seed into moisture and provide us with a good amount of early work so far. Fingers crossed!
